How it works
Initial Consultation | $360
To get to know each other, get an understanding for your lifestyle, the way you use your home, design style preferences, and what you would like out of the design process. Together we will brainstorm ideas, run through the floor plan if this is something you already have, discuss budget and intended timeframe. Following the consult you will receive a tailored design proposal outlining a scope of works and associated fees moving forward.
Conceptual & Design Development
You will receive a comprehensive design questionnaire which will assist you in navigating all the finer details related to the design process that often get overlooked.
To establish the intended design direction you will receive a written project brief supported by a mood board consisting of inspirational images, textures and colours to guide the overall feel and style.
I will source material selections, provide product samples, and present the proposed finishes through detailed drawings for you to visualise within the space. Collaboratively we will approve all finishes, fixtures, lighting and window coverings for the project.
Final Documentation
You will receive the finalised construction drawings with material and hardware selections coded against the drawings.
You will also receive the finalised design schedule for you to hand to your builder, outlining all finishes, fixtures, appliances, lighting and interior details that have been selected.
